STICKO.com delivers all over the world by Registered mail. As required by the rules of the trade, all shipments are accompanied by a STICKO.com official invoice stating the value of the individual items in US Dollars.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE A VALUE LOWER THAN THE OFFICIAL VALUE OR INDICATE THE ITEMS AS A GIFT

Date of Delivery

Orders are shipped from STICKO.com, Carrera (MS), Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Traceability Shipping

When your order is dispatched, customers receive an e-mail from STICKO.com with the tracking number and a link to track the progress of the shipment.

In the event of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or STICKO.com.

Delivery Authorized Shipping

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before affixing a signature indicating proof of delivery of the shipment. The packages are carefully packed at STICKO.com’s warehouse with masking tape around the package.

If for any reason the package is tampered with or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt, subject, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the carrier and contact STICKO.com at info@sticko.com.

If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer, the package is likely to be returned to the sender at the expense of the Customer. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by STICKO.com.

Delivery Order

All customers who place an order effectively establish a business relationship with STICKO.com and therefore undertake to accept delivery of the package.

If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requires the package to be returned to sender, any shipping charges incurred by STICKO.com will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Shipment Insurance

STICKO.com’s shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage.

Once the shipment arrives at destination, insurance becomes invalid.
