WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. To arrange a return, please email Info@Zuckerim.com with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you a RMA number and details on where to send the returned item/s. Zuckerim Products will not cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in acceptable condition, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders that are not received.
Zuckerim Products’ warranty obligations for the product you have just purchased (the “Product”) are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Zuckerim Products warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Zuckerim Products within the Warranty Period, at its option, Zuckerim Products will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Zuckerim Products warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes Zuckerim Products property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Annex Products property.
